    This role sits within a fast-growing international fintech that provides flexible funding solutions to SMEs and has expanded from Australia into APAC and Europe, funding more than $1.5B in loans. You’ll need full Australian work rights to be considered.

    What you’ll do

    • Onboard brokers and partners, helping them understand products, policies, platforms, and Partner Portal access
    • Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective partners to support engagement and keep onboarding moving
    • Keep CRM and database records accurate, current, and compliant
    • Handle day-to-day admin including scheduling, troubleshooting, and communication management
    • Coordinate webinars, virtual meetings, and in-person events that support partner engagement
    • Work closely with the BDM team and internal departments to keep lead handling and partner/client processes running smoothly

    Who we’re looking for

    You’ll likely suit this role if you’re early in your sales or business development career and you’re strong on follow-through, communication, and day-to-day execution.

    Must-haves:

    • Some prior experience in sales, administration, customer support, or business support
    • Early-career experience in partner-facing or customer-facing work, with exposure to onboarding, follow-up, or relationship support
    • Confidence communicating with prospects, partners, or customers by phone and email
    • Strong execution skills across admin, coordination, and keeping updates accurate and current
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and process-heavy support work

    Nice-to-haves:

    • Experience in financial services, fintech, business lending, broker distribution, or another regulated service environment
    • Experience using sales-focused CRM systems
    • Strong database record management and data accuracy habits
    • Experience coordinating webinars, virtual meetings, or similar partner-facing activity
