    JOB  DETAILS

Are you a marketing enthusiast eager to get hands-on experience across a range of channels, from content creation and digital campaigns to coordinating events, while learning how each piece contributes to the bigger picture? We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to keep the marketing engine running day-to-day while also helping us zoom out and make sure our messaging, campaigns, and content are aligned across the business. Working closely with other members of the marketing team, this role will be hands-on in managing day-to-day activities including, but not limited to email campaigns, content creation, event coordination, digital marketing, and reporting to ensure consistent and high-quality marketing output. This is a remote role open to anyone located in Australia who is a permanent resident or citizen. Yes – we know it says “Sydney” in the location, but that’s how SEEK works.

    How you’ll make an impact

    • Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a focus on generating leads and guiding prospects through the sales journey.
    • Draft and publish marketing content that builds brand awareness and encourages engagement.
    • Keeping website and landing pages fresh and accurate, optimised for SEO and designed to convert visitors into customers. Experience with GA4 preferred.
    • Assist with campaign setup and scheduling in our CRM and marketing platforms to ensure communications are timely, targeted, and aligned with sales efforts.
    • Coordinate logistics for conferences, webinars, in-person meetups, managing everything from registration to follow-up emails and promotional materials.
    • Compile and organise performance data across web and social channels to help the team understand what’s working and where we can improve.
    • Maintain a well-organised library of marketing assets; images, templates, design files, and campaign plans.
    • Collaborate with a global team to manage the marketing calendar and ensure messaging is consistent and well-timed.
    • Jump in on ad hoc projects like surveys, presentation formatting or data entry to support the team where needed.

What you bring to the table

    • A degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field and 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a marketing-related role ideally in a SaaS company.
    • You are a permanent resident or citizen of Australia.
    • Organised, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple tasks and priorities while working to deadlines.
    • Ability to write clearly and confidently; you’re not afraid to jump into drafting marketing copy that reflects the SWOOP Analytics tone of voice.
    • Don’t need to be a designer, but your attention to detail is essential along with an appetite to use technology to get the work done.
    • Comfortable with digital tools including email marketing platforms and/or CRMs (HubSpot) and content hosting and creation platforms.
    • A team player who enjoys collaborating with others and understands the importance of aligning marketing and sales efforts.
    • You’re adaptable and thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly.
    • Self-management and the ability to learn new skills, seek and provide feedback in a collaborative team environment.
    • Experience with Microsoft communication technologies including Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, and SharePoint intranet.
    • Experience with AI tools
