JOB  SUMMARY

What You Will Be Doing:

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for merchants during migration, onboarding, providing expert guidance on API integration, payment flows, and platform configuration
• Assist merchants with complex integration questions including custom payment flows, tokenisation, 3D Secure, webhook configuration, and back-office setup
• Guide merchants through the go-live process, including sandbox testing, certification, and the transition to live transactions
• Author and maintain self-service technical documentation, integration guides, developer resources, and FAQs to scale onboarding operations
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and L1/L2 Support teams to escalate platform issues, provide merchant feedback, and drive continuous improvement

What You Bring:

• MUST HAVE: Experience within Enterprise Banking or Fintech companies as a Payments specialist or technical business analyst for payments
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payment flows, acquiring, issuing, card-not-present transactions, payment orchestration
• Proven ability to define roadmaps, prioritise features, make trade-offs, and drive product strategy with clear commercial outcomes.
• Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, and technical pre-sales in a B2B or B2B2C environment
• Knowledge of PCI DSS, scheme rules, and risk governance.
