Requirements
- Exposure to product management or product governance
- Proven experience executing projects or delivering outcomes, for example managing change and remediation activities
- Background in financial services with a strong interest in Financial Markets products (interest rates, foreign exchange, deposits)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly working with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Sales teams
- High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of product documentation and governance activity
- An execution‑focused, organised, and autonomous working style, with a growth mindset and curiosity to learn
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a broad suite of interest rate, deposit and foreign exchange products, with responsibility for product governance and the day-to-day work that keeps products safe, clear and ready for customers and partners; this includes managing product issues and incidents, driving remediation, running product reviews and controls, and keeping collateral and digital content accurate and up to date across a large volume of documentation
- Contribute to product development and change delivery, partnering closely with Sales, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Tax
