Requirements
- Experience in Store Operations, Retail, or Supply Chain
- High-level of expertise in Microsoft Office products, especially Project, Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the successful delivery of projects through key stages of delivery from Initialisation and Design to Execution.
- Develop strong working relationships with other teams across TJX Australia to gain and share depth of knowledge of information to support delivery of projects and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and Report Project Status: Oversee project activities, track and report progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule, with approved budget and provide desired business outcomes.
- Provide regular status reports and updates to leadership and stakeholders, highlighting any deviations from the plan and recommended corrective action.
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects within a larger programme that delivers growth and scalability to our store network.
- Ensure each project is aligned with the overall programme goals and that key milestones and outcomes are achieved.
- Programme Management: In collaboration with the Manager of Strategic Program Management, maintain the overall programme of works, ensuring each project is tracked, resourced, and progressing as expected.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, including feedback on any variances, risks, or challenges that could impact the programme’s success.
- Stakeholder Liaison and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication across various functions and teams, gathering feedback and information, aligning expectations, and ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback into the project plan and make necessary adjustments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Ensuring collaboration with various departments such as Store Operations, Real Estate, IT and Finance to ensure successful project execution.
Desired Qualifications
- Expertise in statistics and managing and interpreting large amounts of data from multiple sources is desirable
