Requirements
- Applicants must have appropriate approval to work in Australia.
- Successful applicants will be required to complete a Criminal & Bankruptcy check prior to commencement of employment.
- Location: West Leederville, Perth; hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Deal efficiently with client enquiries.
- Contribute to planning and delivery of relationship management through regular and constructive communications with clients.
- Visit clients and legal providers regularly.
- Provide end-to-end claims management.
- Submit claims reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with Worker Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981, including the Principle and Standards as set out by the Regulator.
Desired Qualifications
- Insurance claims experience in Workers Compensation.
- Experience in the interpretation of relevant acts in making liability decisions.
- Management of complex claims.
- Demonstrate initiative and understanding when managing confidential information.
