Requirements
- Experience in General Insurance claims transformation, gained in consulting, insurer or system integrator environments
- Strong hands-on experience with claims core systems, particularly Guidewire ClaimCenter, including implementations or upgrades
- Understanding of AI, automation and data-driven claims concepts, with the ability to translate ideas into practical technology solutions
- Experience designing and working within modern claims technology ecosystems, including workflow, integrations and analytics
- Consulting experience (Big 4 or boutique), with the ability to manage stakeholders and, at Manager level, lead technology-focused workstreams
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver future-state claims solutions across the end-to-end claims lifecycle, including FNOL, assessment, settlement, recovery and subrogation
- Perform and oversee business analysis and solution design, including requirements, process models, user stories and functional specifications
- Support and lead implementation of claims core platforms, with a strong focus on Guidewire ClaimCenter and its ecosystem
- Design and drive digital workflow, rules and automation to improve claims efficiency and customer outcomes
- Identify, shape and deliver AI-enabled claims use cases such as intelligent triage, straight-through processing, document ingestion and decision support
