Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 15+ years’ management experience in delivery of major infrastructure projects
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams on large and complex Tier 1 projects
- Fluent in the Microsoft Office suite proficiency in Excel and Project essential
- Strong communications skills with capacity to engage senior engineers, clients and community stakeholders
- Commercial acumen with experience navigating contract requirements, deliverables and change Processes
- Ability to develop scopes of work, delivery plans, design schedules and resource forecast
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing project scope, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, the Senior Project Manager drives the successful delivery of M&E packages, ensuring systems are installed, integrated, and commissioned safely, compliantly, and to the highest quality standards.
- The role ensures alignment between civil, structural, and M&E disciplines to support seamless project execution.
- Leading multidisciplinary teams and managing key stakeholder relationships, the Senior Project Manager promotes clear communication, proactive risk identification, and effective issue resolution.
