Responsibilities
- Create and execute a comprehensive sales plan for BMS tailored to the Australian and New Zealand markets.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and positioning.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members, fostering a highperformance culture.
- Set clear performance goals and expectations, conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and partners.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, delivering tailored BMS solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Track and analyze sales data and performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Prepare detailed sales reports for senior management and adjust strategies as necessary based on performance insights.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Provide feedback on product development about customer preferences and market demands.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential threats within the BMS sector.
- Monitor competition and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain competitiveness.
