JOB SUMMARY
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary education in a discipline such as engineering, mathematics, economics, physics, or computer science
- High numeracy levels with demonstrated experience in manipulating and analysing large data sets efficiently and with the ability to deal with ambiguities within data
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- High computer literacy with Excel, Python, and Matlab; willingness and ability to learn a new programming language
- Strong communication skills with the ability to successfully convey meaningful insights to clients and colleagues
- The ability to employ best practice in data visualization for both analysis and presentation
Responsibilities
- Involved in the execution and delivery of a broad range of exciting market modelling projects and will provide clients evidence-based insights that enable informed decision making
- In parallel with client engagements, you will also have the opportunity to target your learning and development towards key areas of interest
- We are seeking candidates who are passionate about rapidly expanding their understanding of energy markets and using that knowledge in a fast-paced consulting environment
