Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities by acquiring new advertisers and retain relationships with existing clients
- Maintain a strong market presence, including face-to-face meetings to build and nurture relationships with media agencies and clients, ensuring mutual objectives are met
- Develop creative, timely proactives that generate new advertising opportunities
- Negotiate and manage sport and entertainment sponsorships with valued client partners
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery
- Ensure accurate booking schedules and conduct post-campaign analysis
- Track revenue progress and report against targets
- Understand channel partner products to optimize revenue opportunities
- Meet individual, team, and company KPIs consistently and monthly and quarterly revenue targets
About your experience
- 4 years + experience working in Media sales, either agency or in-house
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships within the media landscape
- Proven track record of driving growth across both new and existing customer bases
- Ability to create, respond and confidently present to briefs and proposals, including well-structured documentation for briefs and proactive proposals
- Experience managing relationships with media agencies, along with a proactive approach to identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong prioritisation, time management, and multitasking skills in a fast-changing environment
- A strong interest in sport & entertainment – we believe understanding what excites our audience makes all the difference
