Job Description:

As a Director of Product Design — Business Accounts, you will lead product-design strategy for Airwallex business-account experiences, shaping how customers interact with digital banking products.

Responsibilities:

* Define and execute design strategy for business-account products.

* Lead customer research and translate insights into design decisions.

* Develop and maintain design systems and standards.

* Manage and mentor a team of product designers.

Qualifications Needed:

* Senior product or design leadership experience.

* Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and product design expertise.

* Experience in fintech or customer-facing digital products.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
