As a Staff Product Designer, Design Systems, you will develop consistent, reusable design foundations for financial products, helping teams deliver coherent user experiences across multiple products and interfaces within a global payments platform.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and improve reusable design components and patterns for financial products.

* Support consistent interaction and visual patterns across multiple product surfaces.

* Work with product designers and engineers to drive adoption of design-system standards.

* Help maintain quality and consistency across the product ecosystem.

Qualifications Needed:

* Strong product-design and systems-thinking skills, with experience in complex digital products.

* Ability to collaborate effectively across design and engineering teams.

* Portfolio evidence of design-system or component-based work.

* Experience with design systems, UI components, interaction patterns, and cross-platform design workflows.
