As a Head of Product Design, you will lead a global product-design organisation spanning payments, spend management, business accounts, billing, platform products, and design systems, shaping product-experience strategy across multiple regions.

Responsibilities:

* Lead a global team of more than 40 designers and design leaders across multiple regions.

* Establish design quality standards and organisational practices that scale across products.

* Hire, develop, and retain design talent while managing design resources, tooling, and research.

* Partner with the Chief Product Officer on product-experience strategy and design governance.

Qualifications Needed:

* Exceptional product and UX judgement with a track record of leading and scaling design teams.

* Strong design strategy and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

* Experience with fintech or similarly complex, regulated products.

* Expertise in product strategy, design operations, UX/UI, research, and design-system governance.
