As a Lead Product Designer — Growth, you will design crypto-native onboarding, deposits, rewards, and digital-product growth experiences, working remotely from Australia.
Responsibilities:

* Mentor junior designers.
Qualifications Needed:
* 6+ years in product design, preferably in crypto/fintech.
* Strong portfolio in growth and onboarding design.
* Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch).
* Understanding of crypto user experience.
