Job Description:

As a Senior Service Designer – Embedded Finance, you will design financial experiences across payments, money movement, financial workflows and partner ecosystems within our client HUBs Finance Product team. You will apply service design expertise to shape embedded finance experiences across B2B ecosystems and multiple partners.

Responsibilities:

* Design financial experiences across payments, money movement, financial workflows and partner ecosystems.
* Apply service design, product design or experience design expertise to embedded finance challenges.
* Conduct strong qualitative research and create journey maps and service blueprints.
* Work across Product, Technology and Engineering teams, and with B2B ecosystems and multiple partners.

Qualifications Needed:

* Service, Product or Experience Design experience.
* Strong qualitative research skills.
* Journey mapping and service blueprint capability.
* Financial-product or payments experience, with experience across B2B ecosystems and multiple partners.
