Job Description

As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead design initiatives for payment products, shaping end-to-end user experiences and mentoring designers within a collaborative fintech product organisation.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the design of complex payment flows and merchant-facing experiences
* Establish and evolve design systems and component libraries
* Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
* Mentor mid-level and junior designers, raising the overall design quality bar

Qualifications Needed:

* 7+ years of product design experience, with significant fintech or payments exposure
* Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and systems thinking
* Proficiency with Figma and modern design tooling
* Experience influencing product strategy at a senior level
