JOB SUMMARY
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline, business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospital account management, key account management or specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience collaborating with medical affairs, access and procurement teams
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into practical account actions
- Clear and confident communication skills for clinical and commercial audiences
- Proven ability to create and deliver account plans and manage territory activities
- Experience using CRM systems and digital engagement tools
- Ability to travel regularly across the assigned territory and hold a valid driver’s licence
Responsibilities
- Develop and own key account plans to drive sustainable value and growth across your territory
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clinicians, hospital decision makers and procurement teams
- Deliver tailored scientific and educational engagements to support evidence-based care and patient outcomes
- Work closely with commercial, medical and access teams to align local plans with national strategy
- Gather and share market and clinical insights to inform strategy and improve local decisions
- Ensure all activities meet legal, compliance and quality standards
