    JOB   SUMMARY

    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline, business, or a related field
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospital account management, key account management or specialty pharmaceutical sales
    • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Experience collaborating with medical affairs, access and procurement teams
    • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into practical account actions
    • Clear and confident communication skills for clinical and commercial audiences
    • Proven ability to create and deliver account plans and manage territory activities
    • Experience using CRM systems and digital engagement tools
    • Ability to travel regularly across the assigned territory and hold a valid driver’s licence
    Responsibilities
    • Develop and own key account plans to drive sustainable value and growth across your territory
    • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clinicians, hospital decision makers and procurement teams
    • Deliver tailored scientific and educational engagements to support evidence-based care and patient outcomes
    • Work closely with commercial, medical and access teams to align local plans with national strategy
    • Gather and share market and clinical insights to inform strategy and improve local decisions
    • Ensure all activities meet legal, compliance and quality standards
